SPICY SHOTGUN SHELLS

Ingredients

7 medium to spicy Italian sausages, casing removed
1/2 brick (125 g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Perfect Pork Seasoning and Rub
1 pkg. manicotti pasta (hard shell, uncooked)
18 slices of bacon
Awesome Everything Sauce

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the meat from Italian sausages, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon Perfect Pork Rub & Seasoning (Retired); mix well to combine. Carefully stuff each shell with the meat/cheese mixture. Wrap each shell with a slice of bacon, making sure to cover the whole shell. Place in a single row in a baking dish. Sprinkle remaining Perfect Pork Rub & Seasoning (Retired) on top of the shells. Bake in a 270°F oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Preheat BBQ to 350°F. Transfer cooked shells to a preheated BBQ Grill. Baste all sides with Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce. Transfer to a serving platter. Serve with your choice of sauce.
